OEQ also reserves the right to record, provide archived replays and use the information collected during these sessions for any purpose supporting OEQ’s business objectives. OEQ will not request, collect and / or share personally identifiable information (Date of Birth, Social Security numbers) through any email or survey. OEQ, Inc. expressly disclaims any liability arising out of any errors, omissions, or any other reasons for collecting, or releasing any personally identifiable information provided by anyone in these sessions. You are liable for exercising suitable judgment and refrain from providing any personally identifiable or other information that you would not want released to the public domain.

  4. Surveys
